6.0La atención de Tatiana, es la única que hace que el hotel funcione. La ubicación.
− Tuene muy alta puntuación para lo que es en realidad. El desayuno muy básico, la piscina sucia y cerrada. Las instalaciones son amplias, pero les falta mucho mantenimiento. Parque de niños dañado, una capilla descuidada y sucia. No volveré a este hotel.

9.0Que hermosura la naturaleza allí, las instalaciones super amplias súper tranquilo, a las afueras pero todo cerca, la atención la calidez del personal, desayuno típico delicioso. Este será siempre mi destino en Pereira.

10.0Es un hotel campestre con arquitectura cafetera incluyendo Capilla y museo , ideal para llegar a descansar ya sea después de realizar turismo todo el día por el eje Cafetero o estar todo el día disfrutando de sus instalaciones, como son : La piscina el Jacuzzi, aunque la verdad no tuve tiempo de usarlos, la habitación muy limpia , esta rodeado de mucha naturaleza, como una gran variedad de aves multicolores de Ñeques o capibaras la atención de sus empleados fue excelente en especial de Jorge, Tatiana y Sandra, Volvería a este mismo hotel sin dudarlo.
