− Vaso sanitário estava entupido, pouca iluminação, ralo do box tb estava entupido ao tomar banho subia sujeira do ralo

− Para mim, a coisa mais básica de qualquer estabelecimento é a limpeza e a higiene. Ao entrar no quarto senti um odor forte de quarto fechado e cigarro, mas o pior foi ter notado que as fronhas e cobertores simplesmente NÃO FORAM TROCADOS! Sim estavam fedidos com cheiro de usados! Ao avisar recepção, me deram fronhas novas para eu mesma trocar. Foi quando me indignei e pedi apoio da equipe da limpeza pra trocar de quarto. Só não dou nota 1, pois me colocaram em um quarto melhor e limpo. Não sei a razão de não terem higienizado o quarto anterior mas pra mim é um erro que não dá pra passar batido!
