− La ducha no funcionaba bien y no salía mucha agua. Tampoco me parece muy normal que la hora del check out sea a las 10 y que la única opción de dejar el equipaje sea en el pasillo sin ningún tipo de seguridad

− Не понравилось только то , что при заселении я указал всего 3 вещи, которые мне необходимы при проживании. Это бесплатная отмена бронирования, двухспальная кровать и собственная ванная комната. Которой и не было. Но вообще она была, и по утверждению персонала, даже наша собственная , но был нюанс… она находилась не в нашем номере, а в общем коридоре! Чтобы принять душ нужно было полностью одеться, пойти в ванную, полностью раздеться, затем опять одеться, придти в номер , где опять раздеваться (или бегать голым по коридору 🤯) уловка, что ванная наша собственная, но не у нас в номере, не меняет смысла - точно с таким же описанием она может находиться этажом ниже или даже в соседнем здании.
