5.0− We were assigned a unit that the mini split did not function properly and the WiFi did not work. It was checked out but still did not work. They offered and we accepted a move to another unit that did work fine for both the mini split and WiFi. I asked for and they granted a inconvenience rebate which I was pleased to get.

8.0The staff was amazing. The location was fantastic. Kids enjoyed the playground and pool.
− The pull out sofa was not fit to use as a bed. The mattress was as nothing but springs covered in cloth

10.0We've camped at Greys Point. We've never rented a tiny house. It was a cute little house with a loft. Everything was clean. The campground offered weekend musical entertainment. GREAT EXPERIENCE!
