Great Staff, Bad Location
4.0The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and management was working around the clock to keep the premises clean. Breakfast had decent options and I liked the availability of a coffee station in the entrance. The room was clean and comfortable.
− The property is in a terrible location. I stayed here for a concert at Xfinity Mobile Arena to avoid downtown Philly. This isn’t great either. You need to make a dangerous sudden right after passing over several lanes of traffic to enter the property. I also woke up at 4:15am to the room next to me in a loud, heated argument and I called down to the desk to complain - next I had to listen to the headboard banging loudly. Needless to say I didn’t get any sleep during my stay. So were the walls just thin? Also the shower door didn’t close fully and water leaked all over the floors making a serious slipping hazard even with towels down. The room had a cigarette/damp smell.
It’s average good enough but don’t expect anything more
