− Staff sent us an email one day before our arrival saying that we were moved to other location 5 min from orginal location without any proper explination. We arrived at the location suggested and the room was not what we were paying for. We refused to satu there and we were told in first instance to cancel and find another place without taking intoconsideration that we booked few months in adavanced. When we refused to levae they offered our original room. This created unecessary stesss at the beginging of our holiday without any furter explinations.

Short but sweet.
10.0Unfortunately we didn't stay here as we were contacted the night before that there was a mess up with the booking. However, the other place they located us in looks very similar and was definitely up to standards! It was clean, the room was spacious and the lady who checked us in was lovely.
− We didn't know whether we were able to use the lift and the apartments were on the 4th floor. Travelling with suitcases made this quite the trek
