Il soggiorno è stato buono anche se serve una maggiore manutenzione.
6.0ho soggiornato al VATICAN SECRET. posizione strategica, personale gentile ed efficiente, kit di cortesia per il bagno e il caffè/tea, facilità di check in e check out. Lenzuola e federe buone e confortevoli. Pulizia quotidiana. Climatizzazione. la camera graziosa, spazio adeguato. Simpatica la soluzione del lavabo in camera e toilet con doccia privata.
− Le pecche da migliorare stanno principalmente nella manutenzione: La tavoletta del water mezza sganciata, la rubinetteria del bidet rotta, il rubinetto del lavabo che sgocciola, lo stipite della porta del bagno gonfiato, i vetri della doccia e il soffione con evidenti tracce di calcare. Per quanto riguarda il letto: i due materassi singoli potrebbero essere sostituiti da uno matrimoniale (le dimensioni della stanza e l'allestimento non consentono comunque di mettere due letti singoli); Non avevo una coperta ma un copriletto un pò "rigido". Sosotituirlo con un quilt (data la stagione è più che sufficiente) darebbe sicuramente un migliore confort.

− Bad insulation so we could hear everything happening outside and too much light from the window meaning that the blinds were letting too much light in to the room

1.0Helemaal niks, slechtste kamer die je kan boeken.
− Heb je even. 1: Je betaald vooraf en dan een dag van te voren krijg je te horen dat je ergens anders moet zitten. Okey prima kan gebeuren 2: Je komt in een kamer ergens weg gestopt, waar de behang los en beschadigd is. Badkamer en Airco met schimmel zit. Bed zo hard als de vloer is. Alles voelde vies aan. Dit was in de Vatican Treseur. 3. Alleen via Whatsapp bereikbaar. Je probeert te bellen, niemand neemt op. Je gaat naar de receptie van de Vacitan Inn. Niemand daar. Lopen wel genoeg "schoonmakers". Blijkbaar zit daar wel iemand achter met boekingen en een telefoon. Maar opnemen is al teveel. Moet je nagaan om naar de receptie te lopen. Zit letterlijk 1 deur tussen......

5.0Very convinient location
− Staff sent us an email one day before our arrival saying that we were moved to other location 5 min from orginal location without any proper explination. We arrived at the location suggested and the room was not what we were paying for. We refused to satu there and we were told in first instance to cancel and find another place without taking intoconsideration that we booked few months in adavanced. When we refused to levae they offered our original room. This created unecessary stesss at the beginging of our holiday without any furter explinations.
