7.0Die Damen an der Reception und an der Bar waren sehr freundlich. Parkplatz und Veloraum grosszügig.
− Das Zimmer war kalt und die Menüauswahl sehr begrenzt. Das angebotene Essen war gut.

5.0Location is fantastic. Parking is easy. Breakfast is ok.
− The arrival experience was very disappointing — the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, which was especially difficult as I arrived with a tired child and needed assistance. However, after my complaint, I received a prompt and thoughtful reply, and there was also a change in the front desk personnel. At check-out, the new staff even offered a personal apology. While the start was unpleasant, their response helped to somewhat restore my trust.

8.0La struttura molto bella, ancora qualche miglioria già in opera da fare, ma la struttura è molto ben conservata. Il personale meraviglioso gentile e molto disponibile.
− Il ristorante è semplice senza grandi scelte. Dal l’omento che non era incluso come mezza pensione, essendo a pagamento poteva esserci un po’ più di varietà.
