8.0Excellent service, huge rooms with an ante room too. Only minor things: the door electronic keys could open any room. One person opened door of my daughter’s room. Luckily he left before she responded. Big safety issue. There was no pepper available for breakfast!

6.0Bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the hot water was disturbingly brown and greasy. The location is good - walkable to the art museum and restaurants. The breakfast was satisfactory. Lovely courtyard with covered places to sit.

6.0就寝前に、洗面所の水道の蛇口が外れました。 カルキが溜まっていてもとにもどすことは不可能で、水が出しっぱなしに。スタッフを呼んだら、元栓をしめて、水を止めたあと、バスタブの水道を使え、とのこと。 一泊して次の目的地に行き、三日後にこちらのホテルに泊まったところ、友人が私が泊まった部屋が割り当てられ、すぐに確認したところ、蛇口は壊れたままでした。 もちろん部屋を取り替えてもらいましたが…。
