Was a beautiful week in a beautiful location!

Location was perfect and access to everything . Appliances were nice.

− Living space was crowded with oversized furniture. Bedding was weird on the beds, sheets on the outside on the outside of the comforter and not enough pillows. Kitchen lacked actual bowls to serve food. No scissors or anything to write with. So many public people not staying there was using access to the beach and shower by the pool.

Would not stay there again.

The location

− Our cottage has no central air. We only had two window units for a three bedroom cottage, it was very hot. We had to call and message numerous times to get another window unit.

It was good for the money. It would have been good to be able to speak to someone when the AC issues occurred. They only

− AC didn’t work. No human contact.

− There were several minor issues with the property when we arrived, and it was very difficult to get them resolved. A trash can wasn’t emptied, there were dirty linens in the closets, soap dispensers were empty, the Wi-Fi info was incorrect, and a few other things. It took 24 hours to get the issues resolved. We had to wade through the AI customer service before getting actual support. Also, the dumpster was right next to our cottage (A), and trash pickup was at 5 am with lots of loud banging. The pots and pans were very old and beat up, and there were not enough forks and spoons, we constantly had to hand wash them so there would be enough to get through the day. No washer/dryer was available on the property, and the grill barely worked. The blinds didn’t block out light. We could go on but you get the picture. For a last minute vacation, it was serviceable, but don’t expect great service or any fine touches.

The comfort and convenience of this place made for a great vacation

− We wish the pool had been opened.

It was a nice family vacation, other than what was mentioned above.

Location was nice, cottage was nice except for what was mentioned below

− 1. Pool was closed the first two days we were here 2. I know where at the beach, but we didn’t expect there to be sand on the floors and sofa’s throughout the cottage when we first arrived. 3. Linens were dirty, fresh blood stains on the pillow cases and sheets in the front bedroom 4. Shower in the master bedroom does not drain, and the tub was very dirty, the shower curtains full of mildew. This was never cleaned. 5. No soap in the holder in the shower mentioned above. 6. Front door key pad, the keys are sticking, not every time, but very often had to put the code in several times just to get in. 7. The shared Toilet in the front room leaks constantly, 8. The trash can is missing pieces?? It is broken. The items above are not listed in importance to us but some were very concerning and did not make our stay pleasant. The linens with blood stains, we purchased a set from Target. Other than the family in cottage A smoking dope and arguing with their spouse the entire week the stay was in a nice location and my family made the best of it
