10.0Personalet er helt fantastisk. Hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Rommet var veldig rent og moderne. God seng og rene fine håndkler. Air condition på rommet og på felleskjøkkenet. Vi fikk frokost etter eget ønske!
− Langt inn til sentrum hvor det var vanskelig å få transport sent på kvelden.

8.0Camera e spazio comune molto carini con arredamento di buon gusto e moderno. Struttura situata sul mare e vicinissimo ad una delle spiagge di Civitanova. Il sig. Fabio gentilissimo e dispensatore di ottimi consigli sul territorio!
− In camera erano presenti solo degli scaffali a vista. Consiglierei di aggiungere un guardaroba o un armadietto con asta e grucce, sarebbe molto più comodo per riporre valigie e i vestiti.

8.0La stanza è molto grande, nuova e pulita. Doccia fantastica .
− - trovandosi sulla strada adriatica la camera è rumorosa . Fortunatamente non era troppo caldo, se no avrei potuto dormire solo con aria condizionata e finestra chiusa. - colazione da migliorare, brioche e caffè, sono per un bar, breakfast presuppone altro che non c’era.

10.0Il proprietario è molto disponibile e gentile, presente ogni mattina per la colazione. Stanza molto ampia con balcone. Ottima pulizia. Cucina ben attrezzata, con microonde e frigo/freezer. Disponibili caffè, tisane, bibite e alimenti per la colazione. Distanza dieci minuti in bici dal centro di Porto Potenza Picena. A pochi passi presente un supermercato. Parcheggio nel cortile. Ottimo soggiorno!
