Lovely staff but extremely noisy hotel
3.0The staff here were very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
− The noise is a major issue in this hotel. I was often woken up throughout the night be people bringing their suitcases into the lobby or meeting their tour guides in the lobby. The shower in our room also took at least ten minutes to heat up

10.0Friendly staff, nice breakfast, very clean, the electric kattle with coca mate was very important! I enjoyed the closeness to San Blas squer one of the nicest sítes in Cusco.

5.0Breakfast was good.
− No sound proof at all. In the evening you hear dogs bark from the yard in front of the building, and sounds from hotel guests on ALL floors because the hotel building has a patio. Also you hear someone’s alarm clock beeping, or water flowing through the pipes.
